Regular communication with residents

Ground rent administration including invoicing, collection and reconciliation

Service charge administration including costing, billing, and collection

Maintenance of the development including general repairs, cleaning and planned works

Management of facilities including concierge services, car park, gym, gardens etc

Accounting; ensuring all accounts are up to date and accurate

Compliance with health and safety regulations including relevant inspections, certificates and insurance
